So Joaquin is moving north from the Bahamas and is supposedly carrying gusts of up to 130MPH. Even here in New York City, you would have noticed that it has been windier as of late. It is crazy that nearly 3 days ago, I still had my air conditioner on. Now I have my window wide open and I hear the leaves rustling. Yesterday, the hurricane was considered a category 2 hurricane, all of a sudden it’s category 4!
Anyway, we went out yesterday night to grab everything we needed in case we had to stay in for the next several days. For a smoker like myself, I needed a lot of weed and a lot of munchies.
Well, I didn’t run out and buy a whole bunch of rolling paper and lighters (although I do have matches at home). All I needed was my herbal vaporizer. Now I’m smoking indoors and it doesn’t smell as much, and easy to use. Because the combustion is happening inside the vaporizer (in an enclosed heating chamber), the only weed smell you get is from what you exhale after hitting. That smell doesn’t stick around long. Some air freshener finishes up the rest of the job. Will I have enough weed to last me through the hurricane? I hope so.
