However, there is a conflict for those of you who are looking at this as a business opportunity. If recreational marijuana is legalized to be sold, the tax on it will be hefty enough for it to not be profitable for you. We don’t know the exact numbers yet, but we know for sure that the federal government will take a bigger cut than the seller. Go figure.
