An ordinance was introduced in New York City on October 7, 2014. This ordinance is aimed at banning the sale of flavored e juices. This includes fruit and candy flavored e juices. If the bill is passed, the only options for flavors that you will find in the five boroughs are tobacco and menthol flavored. That is going to kill the vape store businesses in New York, including the Henley Vaporium and many other stores. The reason behind the ban is that they believe that these fruit/candy flavored juices are targeted and marketed towards children.
The ordinance, Int 0488-2014, will be heard on October 23, 2014. NEXT WEEK!
